    Shipping a bike from Guam?

Does anyone have any suggestions for shipping a bike from Guam to NZ?
I'm looking for a shipping carrier who could carry a bike either strapped to a pallet or boxed in a crate.
I've done a Google search, but nothing much has come up.

    All suggestions most welcome!

Or even some advice on shipping from anywhere nearby? Philippines, Palau, Papua New Guinea? Indonesia, Solomons?

oh yeah, people do that all the time.

I had to Google it. Nowhere is 'nearby'

What kind of scam have you been caught up in?

Yeah it's a long swim aye! Not much on the google map for bloody miles! [people probably say that about NZ!!!]

It's where the US are moving one of their bases out of Okinawa in Japan and there's an ex-serviceman with a nice BMW bike and a no easy way to ride it off the island!

Thanks Scott I'll try the Mondiale. Many of the companies I've looked at have a minimum weight so it might end up being a crate filled with ???cocoa nuts and pineapples maybe??? Not sure what they might produce on the island.

I found a company here that ships Kiwi products to Guam but not the other way. Running out of ideas!

I was involved in shipping product to Guam a while ago from The Philippines. The Philippines is close on the map but from memory the freight will have to go through Busan in S. Korea in order to avoid a 9 month journey via every goddam island in the Pacific before arriving in N.Z. It may have changed since then (18 months ago) as the U.S should be well & truly scaled-up by now. Guam isn't the worst location in the Pacific for shipping, try getting anything into Kiribati in a hurry, let alone out of the place.

BTW, I would avoid shipping through PNG like a hole in the head.

If it were me I'd look the other way. It won't be such a good deal by the time you land it here in NZ.

Yeah, that still sounds like a Nigerian banking scam to me.

Esp the part about a BMW being 'nice'
