    Woohoo!
Damper arrived along with two dodgy looking characters. One could only grunt. Food and coffee helped her there.
Fixed the dodgy shifter a bit so they could get home.

The damper is a GPR V1.0 (a good condition version is going on TM cheap at $200)
That's the improved V1 with 8 damper settings instead of the original 6. Cosmetically a bit rough but should be sweet.
The top clamp has been in a vice and is a bit twisted but I'm not looking at using it so no issue there.

    $62

The KB willingness to help is indeed legendary, but I'm not sure what this says about me - or KB in general.

I just saw this thread title and immediately thought I should offer some advice re ambiguity...and point out that no matter where you are, if you're not careful, you can pick something up.

    As you were...
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
