She be a Honda TLR 200 1984-85 , front brake arm I'd be trying a XL125/100 s from 79-83 as Honda used there parts bin a lot across the various models, same may apply to the cable though also give EconoHonda a try.
These are popular in Aussi for the Twin shock Trails class so there will be parts aplenty there.
