I would not complain. Claim insurance and lough all the way to the bank....
I've spent my money on bikes, booze and babes. The rest I've wasted....

    Details

Nah no recent photos unfortunately. Its a Jade(Dark Green) colour though.... while the insurance money is nice the hassle of not having a vehicle for 2 weeks (stand down period before they will pay out) and the hassle of finding another bike really doesn't make it worth it.

    Its a "Semi-Naked" bike

Looks like the picture below but in fairly bad condition compared to that nice new one.
There are a few marks including some quite deep scratches in the engine covers, scratching on the exhaust, the pegs have the metal bits underneath them bent almost in 2, the speedo cable is non-functioning.

    Towed

Nah when they tow a vehicle they report it to the cops so that if you do think its stolen and ring they can let you know that it has been towed. It was parked in the victoria st carpark in the motorbike section where i have left a bike for months before with nothing happening to it. Although with the laziness of the tow companies i have actually been thinking about giving them a call just in case they forgot to register it as towed. If they have i think i will be even more pissed off

Mrs Oakie feels your pain. She had one bike stolen and replaced that with a Jade which she loved dearly.
