Notice how, when he clocks the bikes that are moving really fast, he is concealed behind a car, and radars the riders from behind, after they have passed, then comments on how fast they are going.
When he radars the cars, to point out that the cars are 'all travelling at, or below the speed limit' that the first shot shows a car over the limit (which is 45mph) and that when radaring the cars, he is standing on the roadside, upright, easily visible, pointing the radar directly at oncoming traffic which can see him, and of course slow down for fear it's a cop.

It's always interesting to see a cagers perspective on sports bike riders. The speeds may seem crazy to them, but cagers just don't realise how fast bikes can accelerate. Even on a decent 600cc bike 200kmh isn't that fast.

Im not saying they are making anything up, Im saying that most bikers would have also slowed somewhat if they had placed themselves in a position where the bikers could see them pointing a radar gun, like they did for the cars. thats all.
