Doctrine of precedence. Other judges have to give the same verdict but sentencing is a person by person scenario. A first time offender wont be punished as much as a repeat offender etc.Originally Posted by baptist

I say bring back torture and public flogging for repeat offenders because this kind of scum has no place in society.
