Looks like a Hondaaa gold wing.....
Has been posted before, but was ages ago. I still don't see the point, you have a nimble (bit of a stretch with a GW anyway) vehicle, whose only purpose is the most un-nimble towing of vehicles. I guess you could split traffic to get to the vehcile needing a tow, but then you're just as stuck![]()

Its a common sight in Japan. Its to allow them to get to breakdowns easy and quickly. They tow them to a safer spot and leave them for a collection truck.
