    Stainless steel valves?

Well I'm sure my intakes in my crf have gone south again now im thinking s/s might be the way to go
Anyone have any input into using them I see motoxparts has faction kits in thinking i might takle this job myself as last time i got stung the best part of $600 to put Ti ones back in there

Or do i need special tools to do the job?
What about the valve seats do they need to cut etc?
Even on the old ones if you dont race serious and you wanna just go do the odd club day and smoke everyone on a big old 5hundy it great and if you get beaten you have a handful of excuses

if you go for stainless valves make sure the valve springs are right for them as well, i have seen issues arrise when they are not matched

we do seat them, if the head needs it we get a reconditioner to cut them, the fraction stuff seems to be pretty good,

Well I pulled the head off tonight............Some strange findings

The last time I took it to someone to get the intake valves done the left intake had zero'ed,Now looking at the head the left intake has ALOT less carbon buldup than the other 3

Now the right intake has zero'ed
Would it be right of me to be suspisious that the guy only replaced the one that had zero'ed?

I was thinking that the carbon buildup would be fairly much the same if he had done both?

Oh and $600 seems abit steap to just do ONE valve..............

Thinking i got ripped off now
