Badges cost the organisers about $5 or more, so more than half of the donations dont go to the charity but to the badge manufacturer.

So are we not to buy them? Then those that have badges like WIMA for the pink ribbon ride will be left with unsold badges and they lose money? Is that better?
So why do they sell the badges if they only make a few bucks? I must ask the girls on the next WIMA ride why they do badges if it is such a bad thing.
