What in gods creation is a spooge problem???

Taking a wild stab in the dark i'm assuming that you are fouling plugs or you have excess oil dribbling out of the rear pipe?

Your prob I think is that you are riding the 125 like a four stroke. So the easy answer is to hold that throttle wide open and fan that clutch like demented P addict.
Easier said than done if it's your first two stroke but 125's just love a good thrashing and will reward you in grin factor alone.

If however a lot of your riding has been limited to low throttle openings then a half turn or so out on the air screw could be all you need to do.
This is all subject to your carb being set up correctly in the first place so better yet get a manual or at the very least the factory jetting specs for your bike from your local Honda shop and check that your carby is the same and go from there.

If there's a lot of spooge/oil residue coming from the muffler chances are it's running to rich a fuel oil ratio, I see your running it at 33-1 a little rich if you're using a high quality oil 40 or 50 to 1 is with in normal guide lines.
Running it to rich clogs up the muffler packing making the CR loud with a flat bottom to mid power. Just do a plug check it should be a nice brown color.
