Hi All
New to the DB and this navigation lark, know the theory but have never attempted previously. I gather that the roll sheet holders are home made, if so any assistance on their construction would be greatly appreciated.
Equally I see the route is also available for GPS, what are the minimum system requirements for this? I have a Garmin e-trex with fresh maps, is this suitable?
As a newbie to this all advice greatly appreciated (already know not to eat yellow snow):
Cheers
Gidday Adux,
Did you happen to be in a meeting with me this afternoon i.e. are you who I think you are? 11l tank for a KLX250s discussion?
If you have an Etrex with fresh maps it will be most likely be OK. Can you tell me which model i.e. Legend, Vista etc?
Also re building a roll chart holder try this - http://www.torpedo7.co.nz/products/T...e-sheet-holder
Cheers
Ryan

I'm a GPS man but if I were to use a roll chart I'd go Touratech as they do some sweet units. The Touratech Motorised Roadbook would be the business
Or the Touratech Compact Roadbook
