    kx85 fork seals

Just bought the good woman a KX85 big wheel but the front forks are seriously soft. One leg has been leaking so suspect its empty and that is the cause of the uber softness

I was just looking at the motocrossparts.co.nz website but the don't list the 85. http://motocrossparts.co.nz/motoxspa...e=1&piece=1870

Pretty sure the kx100 has the same forks but would be good to confirm this, anyone know?

Ok so I ordered the seals and they arrived this morning! I was amazed, until I pulled the forks apart to find the replacement seal is 2mm too thick, MR Motorcycles could have the seals there thursday, but I have to go collect some pc hardware tomorrow in penrose so was wondering if anyone knows of any places I could call in the morning that may have them in stock and I could drive to and collect please let me know.

Hate having a bike in bits in the garage!

After talking to the supplier they have found that somewhere there has been a mixup with the part number and they have a lot of sets of the wrong seals and mine were the first lot sent out of the new batch! They were very apologetic and have refunded me so kudos to them for that.

Got the correct seals from www.bikerbargains.co.nz in the end and the job is pretty much done, bike feels a lot better now, should be a bit more enjoyable riding for the good woman! just got to find my torque wrench for the tripple clamps....

    Cheers Aaron for your help!
