can anyone donate me some tires?

    hi everyone

what ive got is an 89 yamaha tzr..

i got it in pieces with no tires

does anybody have some tires which they have changed recently which are worn down even under legal tread does not matter as i just need to test the bike out on a pivate property

and also so i can move it around not on the rims .... so if anybody can help it wold be much appreciated...

    here are the tyre sizes...

    REAR 18 - 140/60

    FRONT 17 - 110/70

would be great if someone has some i just need something to try it out on until i can get some money for decent tires...

    cheers: mark

might be able to get you a front, not a rear though.
    I'll know by Sat avo.
BTW, who will do them for that? And what does 'prep' mean? Big sand to metal, or just cleanish...?

You can have this if you don't mind paying for the courier. It's a little tall but should fit.

    Cool

Go and talk to Kerry at Motahaus.....

He has all old tyres that are of no use to anyone....
He may have something there that will do you...

Especially if you aint gonna use them for riding on.

ahaha tht would be...err interesting...update...the tyre sizes i found where on a same model bike at a wrecker....but i had a look at mine to be sure and found written on the rims these...

    front: 17 3.00 tubeless

    rear: 18 4.00 tubeless

anybody have any tires in that size... i found out where motohaus is a bit far away really if i can get some road legal ones to start with that would be awesome but if anybody has some that will do for pumping up to roll round the garage and take for a test ride (private property of course)

    would be much appreciated
