Moose make an aftermarket braided line which RRP for $150, they are imported by 454, any bike shop can get them.
Mrmotorcycles get braided brake lines made to order at a speedway shop who have specs to make them, IIRC they are around $120.
One of your local bike shops might do something similar.
we may just go where no ones been

I think the OP just wants to know where he can get a std brake line to do a repair.
I am sure that there is someone in welly who can point him in the direction of a retailer that will sell him the right parts.
Advising a person to get braided lines or stuff thats is specially made, will not answer this persons request for advice

I'd really recommend upgrading to braided, it made such a huge difference to my bike. I got mine from Mr motorcycles and it was even red to suit my honda!!

Standard KTM is also braided, so whichever one works out cheapest would probably be best. The standard Brembo line is probably up there with Galfer and Braking as far as quality go, so if you can get that for a similar price, id go with that.

Actually mate its more like point him in a better direction really, simple fact is you can buy a made to measure braided line for less than the OEM rubber or braided line.

    I payed:
    Front: $68
    Rear: $58

Have had them on my CRF for nearly 100hours and they are great! Unsure if he does KTM but worth asking.

Only advice with them is to glue the outer wear sleeve in place on the front line other wise the line can slide inside it which you don't want.
