Opinions/experience/info on "bark busters" for the 690? Simple bolt on replacement for the standard plastic guards? Last set of Zeta guards I put on the old DRZ worked but fitting was a pain and the bar end bolt on one side came loose several times.

Google 'Highway Dirt Bikes' (HDB). I have a set. They are super strong - If anything bends it will probably be the steering head. The folding mirrors are surprisingly effective. As usual price is the thing although they werent to outrageous compared to top end Ascerbis etc.
