Years back someone running the track days had a similar atitude , It used to be "No 250 2 strokes" mainly because they were capable of carving up the bigger bikes on the corners and infield and the organisers felt that the big bike riders didn't want to get buzzed by two strokes. Shame really, one of my reasons for getting a 250 was to race it at some stage (Sold it a few years back). Never got hooked on the track and have moved on.
Can't say I'm too interested these days, may end up racing cages instead. (No issues with cc ratings on cage track days and have done a few)

Would be a shame that you can't go as you’re so keen. Younger people should be encouraged, could lead to further racers on the grid and that can only be a good thing.

Can't say if I've met Chris; only read his posts so can't vote either.
Not sure if we've met either, but based on some of your posts, had got a bad impression of yourself. However, a kiwibiker friend says you’re OK in person and you've been quick to help other Kiwibikers in need so I'll reserve judgement. You probably don't GAF either way but could be why Chris doesn't want you to attend.

Chris , reconsider and give him ago , Don’t be like the pricks that stopped me from doing this years ago based on a CC rating. Are the cagers doing the same thing on this track day ?.

Well Mikey, you have some allies on here that stepped up and told me that in real life you were a nice person and nothing like your online persona. They asked me to give you the benefit of the doubt and to give you a chance, so I did.
So whats with the smug, supersilious and condescending PM you then send to me? My initial judgement of you was not personal, but based on running a safe and pleasant event. It am still struggling to not make it personal, even though your verbal attacks were uncalled for, you have just let yourself and your KB allies down. Nobody should have to put up with your online shit, just because your ok in person.
