When you booked the test and had your eyes tested you were not given a temporary licence to remove the glasses condition, yes?

Did you then confirm with the AA that you no longer needed to wear glasses and your existing credit card type licence was the correct document to bring to your test?

The word I'm looking for, is idiot. That would be you. You obviously didn't bother looking at your licence, so the blame in its final place, falls on you. Let this serve as a warning to everyone else sitting a licence test. Check your licence BEFORE you know people will be looking at it, and if one tiny little thing is wrong, get it sorted. Its really not that bleeding hard!
nop, Delusive is the word Im looking for,

oh yeah, its just the written test and practical.. haha but still!

Do you not find it weird that everyone is speaking against you? haha what a fking crack up!!!!! you just made my day hahaha

Posting the same thing twice doesn't make the argument any smarter.

for fucking thousand times, yes I did confirm with the AA staff and they said I was good. The guy who was training at the time didnt even know he was making the mistake.

I find it a little hard to believe that both the person being trained, and the person training said person both failed to pick it up. Did you know that all applications are double checked the next day before being sent off for processing to make sure things like this don't happen?

So checks are in place at all AA branches to avoid mistakes being made by their staff? Surely not

You should get a job in customer service.

You believe whatever the fuck you want to believe. Whether they double check or triple check to make sure shit like this don't happen is AAs job. As far as I'm concerned, I have done everything I as a costumer should do.

    AA admitted their fault.
