Thumbs up Knee braces for fat people

So im looking for some knee braces.

Im fat so have fat legs, have tried the XL asterisk's but they are not quite big enough to go round me fat legs comfortably.

Any other fat bastards out there got any recommendations on what to try?

Yes I know the obvious solution is to loose weight, which I am doing. Just need something to protect myself while I shed some poundage. They need to be comfortable as I do some long rides at times.

Not to much bigger, unless you go custom made CTI, but they are pretty pricey, not sure if there is any bigger made than those XXL's

I,d recomend hill walkin mate, then after a while, put weights in a back pack and pound the hills man, will be much easier on the joints and will help your cardio and leg strength for riding.
being a big falla running will destroy your knees.
I run a bit, but mainly i do as above.

Well i'll be fucked. Was in at MR Motorcycles yesterday and saw some xxl thor knee guards, tried them on and they fit! Problem solved or so I thought.

I tried them on at home, they are even reasonably comfortable, pants fit over them, sweet, Try my boots on... NUP Boots are not big enough to close up on my calves now FFS!

I have two options as I see it, Chop guards down slightly so they don't go so far down me shins Or Buy different boots! Anyone know of a boot that has a huge flap for fat calves plus knee braces with a shinguard?

First option see if you can get longer boot straps, it may be all you need to make them close.

Yep that's the problem with a lot of the Euro brand boots made to fit their skinny chicken legs, have the same prob wide feet big calves etc Gearne's and TCX/Oxtar only brands comfortable in.

In my travels I discovered the Thor Q1 boot, Got me a pair and the braces fit underneath them. So for any other "big boned" individuals who want to wear braces but can't get them to fit over the knee braces, There you go! got them for $220 from Mr motorcyles.
