VTR Firestrom, SP and TL riders

Are there any groups of VTR Firestrom and/or SP riders that get together regularly in Auckland for rides? I reckon a group of these would sound great together in a group. So lets organise a few rides! Perhaps a few TL riders would care to also join - they have a great sound too.

    In fact any V-twin sportsbikes!

sure, as long as they ride at the back - that two stroke oil gets up my nose...

    rc51vR1

hi guys,i realy wanted a sp2 when going from dirt to road but the price held me back,so i got a tidy 2001 r1 for 1/2 the bucks! anyways, ive check the specs on both bikes and there dif numbers eq.. when it comes to hp and tq, but has anyone riden both bike? if so,which would pull away? corner and stop faster? is one got it over in every way? or are there highs and lows with both compeared to each other,
i like the pull of my r1,but the sound is so boring i end up going faster and faster to get a buz, where i know the vtwin would sound cool at 100. thoughts please?

Whereabouts are you based? And where do you normally go ride?

I am on the North Shore. I can't get out a lot for rides, but I am keen if I get a big notice period (to earn brownie points). Have you taken your bikes on track yet?
