    2013 crf 450?

This actually looks like it might be the new bike. Chassis, plastics, tank, swing arm, hyd clutch, dual pipes etc etc.
Very close to the leaked designs a few months back.
Put a big front brake on it too please Mr Honda!

most of the modern dirtbikes out now have basic traction control in the ecu's, and you do not want abs in a dirtbike as there is times you need to lock the wheel,

interesting looking pipe, and they have not given up on the twin muffler idea by the looks,

interesting about the clutch, there is one aftermarket company trying to make a hydralic type clutch with the feel of the a cable clutch, best of both worlds,

Dunno about these SFF forks? Sounds like you would have to gear up to play with them.
The 311 Kawi here looks like he has whacked on insulation tape numbers!

Proper sorted 'race' Traction Control would be insane, it would be so fast specially on hard pack tracks

Love the twin pipe set up. Looks a bit futuristic and pointy sorta like something on a video game but it will grow on me

Shame they didn't bite the leccy leg bullet, as much as I used to think they were for blokes that enjoyed dinner parties and used Nivea For Men products, I'd probably never buy a kicker again.

If this is the engine I can't see any provision to fit the electric leg.
I don't even want to try a bike with one..
I think this Honda is all about weight savings, mass centralization and db limits.
Interesting to see if they use the SFF fork, supposed to save 2lbs of the front axle.

race bikes do not need electric starts, not worth the weight

the SFF fork has been in production for a couple of years now, and no problems have come out, most factory showa supported teams seem to be running them as well,

the new nitrogen fork sounds interesting, 2 pound wait saiving by swapping the fork spring for a nitrogen bladder, very good for adjustments as any shop that does shock rebuilds already has nitorgen bottles,

The new Honda looks horn. But I'd still rather have a cable operated clutch thanks. And kickstarting is fine. The injected 450's are a piece of piss to start even for me with my gammy ankle.
