Hey dude,
Don't really mean to rain on your parade busas are fantastic bikes, you sound like a sensible sort of guy and given your size a busa is probably the perfect bike, but given your lack of experience, all I'm saying is take it easy and respect the power, bad things will happen a lot faster on such a powerful bike.
I gather from the fact you have had so many bikes in such a short time that you are not short of a coin so might I suggest a bike training course sooner rather than later. You will learn alot from it and attending one might just save your life one day.
Happy trails!

Gidday mate,
Get in touch with the institute of advanced motorists for some one on one training. There is now an examiner Down your way. Best is to go to website and register interest or pm me and I will find out for you. First observed ride is free. Then it's up to you. Total cost is $90 and that will ge you through. Check out Geoff James Confessions of an ageing motorcyclist blog. Search IAM. Pretty honest assessment there.
Cheers Andy
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded
