Identify this mid-70s? Kawasaki - Vintage MX?

I'm looking to tap the kiwi biker infinite pool of wisdom here. What year and model is this bike? The owner says it's a 185. It looks mid 70's.

Does it qualify as a Vintage MX?

Any other information would be useful.

    Cheers.

What is the engine and frame number?

I could be wrong (again), but it looks like a Suzuki TS185. Although the frame/seat/tank does look very Kawasaki ish.

That would probably explain the Suzuki badge on the motor I vote TS185 as well

Maybe the forks are ER185, as is the front guard for sure....but yeah...doesn't look like a Suzuki frame.

Forks and frame look like they are TS185 to me. The tank looks to be from the 77 model and differs to earlier modelsClick image for larger version.

The green paint was probably an attempt at gaining extra horsepower seeing as everyone knows Kawasakis are faster than Suzukis.
