    All the japs trial style bikes had that chromed heat guard from the 70's which doesnt help a lot... But the big K made 175cc not the 185. Maybe a Suzuk frame with kwaka tank?

    I'll have a bet each way and say a Suzuki 185 motor in a Kawasaki frame. the mounting of the engine looks a bit too dodgy to be a factory effort (the view from the left side just looks wrong around the baootom of the engine)
    it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
    those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

    Exactly what I thought. I also don't recognize the rear frame loop, or the angle of the frame at the rear of the engine as being Suzuki.

    Looks like a TS185 engine ... the chassis though is suspect. It will (should) have a chassis number stamped on the steering head for an accurate identification. Just Google that number ... and all (hopefully) will be revealed
