    Two Smoker is back...

    Hey everyone,

No im not dead... Ive had internet problems for the last week and a half, but now im on dial up (as Telecom fucked up the broadband and still havent fixed it...)

SO bit of an update... I was sick for 5 days and didnt get payed for 3 working days (havent worked at my current job for over 6 months yet) so didnt have the money to race at Manfield. I then heard at about 2pm on the saturday that there was a horrific crash at manfield in the exact race i was supposed to be in, after many phone calls it was sad to hear about the passing of Owen... Also hope that Geoff Booth is out of hospital now... Hope everyone is ok that was involved in that race or crash... svs, i support your club the whole way mate

So since the time off, i have got a modified rear shock in the ZXR400, as the original had no dampening and the guy who did the work to the shock was amazed at how i did the times that i did on my ZXR hehehe, so hopefully that will drop my times even further... I also now have a set of Wets for the ZXR (Cheers for letting me borrow the rims Milky )

The GSX-R is off to Cambridge next week to have its frame straightned, and if i lose my licence in September will become a fully dedicated race bike...

Glad to see your are well Dave (Stonechucker) Its been hard to keep up with your progress without the internet...

Hope all is well, and i should be on here a bit more often shortly...

    Cheers, Chris

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

A week and a half of internet problems sounds terrible... As does dialup... Hope they get it sorted soon.

    Good on ya dude...

Hey if you need any ZXR400L parts on loan just give me a yell. My bike is still parked up with ignition probs so aint going anywhere and buying a house has kind of killed plans of fixing it anytime soon.
