Is gas that hard? everyone puts a can on the trailer, trailer goes to set point, everyone fill up there.
But i do see your point. might give us with big tanks and advantage
in a trail ride its a bit of a problem, but since no one is in a hurry not really, if it is a race and people are trying to go fast it will be a massive problem,

I know what you mean about a mass start, i have had both sides of it, to holeshotting it a while back, to taking 10 kicks to start a bike to going down in the first corner, but i still love mass starts,

Rach had an off but we haven't been able to speak to her yet although we have been trying to as not only do we like to ensure our riders are OK but is a requirement by law (DOL) that operators ascertain the condition of any injured riders within 24 hrs (I think, but Louise handles H&S).
Anyway she sounded healthy sucking on the laughing gas.
Sorry for the silence....I was in the hospital and the numbers I listed were my cell which was not on in hospital and the home one - which would have been fine when Jarrod was home but I had accidentally moved the base phone so it wasn't working

LOVED the farm loop. I was getting some great tips for getting up speed and smoother riding from a mates dad....but maybe I got too much speed up and grabbing my throttle didn't help...but avoided those trees before I went for a superman flight - pity about the landing!
Just a freak accident on my last lap of the day. Last lap is lethal!

No breaks but off work for a min of a week as smashed my hip bone into the socket and bruised then both and did something to the leg muscles and hip flexors. All good as will be back - maybe not as fast for a start.

A bit like the novice's that try and do the expert loops.
we all must learn to ride together and thankfully this is not the norm.

You so right we do have to ride with the novices its ok they try harder areas how else will they get better i can speak for my riding buddys and say we would never do douche bag moves like reving our bikes up behind people trying to pressure them. Fells mx this weekend cant wait to bang bars embarassed to say i havent raced there in 7 years, hope they have a class for my boy on his lt50 lets see a full vets class

It's a waste of time going over this, we may as well argue about 2T vs 4T.

It's a day that attracts a lot of different people, with different abilities and different machinery, it's not a race, where there are separate classes for bikes and skill level. With common sense and courtesy, we can all ride within our own ability and at the speed we're comfortable. This means the fast guys keep an eye out for the novices and kids and pass when there's plenty of room and it's safe to do so. Conversely, the novices should understand that there will be faster guys coming up behind and move over and let them through when they can. There will always be the dickheads in both camps that don't care about other people, but that unfortunately is unavoidable.

Just be courteous, if some douchebag is reving up behind another rider maybe it's because some douchebag in front of them is purposely blocking them instead of just pulling over and letting them past.

The actual fast riders who ride more than 3 times a year will find a way around slower riders without making a big deal out of it, either by waiting for the slower rider to move over, or by just riding around them.
The ones that make a big deal, rev their bikes and get angry, are the same kind of people who act like dick heads in the pits. Once a dickhead, always a dickhead.
we may just go where no ones been

Indeed, like the guy on the 350 sxf that got past me in the forest, he was past me and gone before I could blink. No issue to me, he had the skill to take a line I would never take, so passed me with ease. I never knew my bike could be that fast...

I find a good loud woohoo or a yeehaa lets people know you are there and having fun too. Why get agro and shout/rev its all about fun eh.
People are more likely to move out of the way for a woohoo than a oi get out of the fu#king way call or a bike on the limiter. Just my 2c..
