    Talking Cheap and hilariously fun!

After having a bit of an 'oopsie', I (with my capitalist urges) acquired a bike a mere 3 days after my Ninja suffered some injuries and currently undergoes the processes required for cosmetic surgery.

    May I present my 2nd ever motorcycle, a 2007 CBR125R.

Yeah, yeah, sneer some of you. Call it a scooter, or a scooter/bike hybrid. But man is it fun to ride!

It's almost comical holding the throttle full open near 100% of the time, you have to corner perfectly to keep as much of your momentum as possible. Seeing as getting from 80-100km/h takes the amount of time to conduct philosophical thought.

I highly recommend this bike! Especially for beginners and commuters. My cornering skill (while stagnant for the past few months) suddenly has risen (perhaps this is just in my mind...).

40+ km per litre of fuel.
No risk of epic speeding tickets on the open road (couldn't get her passed 120kph indicated).
Very tactile and nimble (weighs a mere 130kg)

And the price of these bikes are so cheap if you can hunt someone selling one. $2k with 3000km on the dash.

I think it might even be cheap enough to keep when I can get my full in November so I can keep it for commutes and have a 600 for non-commute riding.

    P.S I'm a homosexual Honda rider.

Good buy, welcome to the world of gaye bykers on acid. Small bikes can be a hell of a lot of fun, I had an absolute blast ripping around the eastcoast bays on a wee cb50 back in the day, brilliant fun.

Well, that's not the direction I would have gussed you'd decide to take. What next? a CT90?

No I don't think I could do with anything smaller. Really I would have preferred an R15 for commuting but they're not very cheap.

I'm trying to think what the next bike will be, at the moment I'm set on possibly acquiring one of those 636cc Ninja's in November when I get my full license. Though a Daytona 675 would be awesome (but so damn expensive).
