Ah yeah the old 2Ts can be tricky to wheelie... never got the hang of it with my old RM250. I did plenty of wheelies, but very few of them were my idea and when I did try myself, it was either about 2 cm off the ground or a crossbar in the face.
reminds me of when i was in the ER and the misses wouldn't let them re align my shattered leg until i gave her my phone and she got some pics, lol
this is the pic she got (pic or it didn't happen right?)

Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

i had the dubious distinction of out running a council guy who was ken to nab me for jumping the stop banks. imagine my surprise a few weeks later when i rode through the fence newly installed and wound up with out me bike which was twisted like some sort of demented lolly in the wires, thatll teachme to ride into the sun at dusk and assume.....fuck that hurt
Yep, Ive done 80kph down the tar on my ass afta steppin of the back of my kx 250 with just boardys on, had to put my hand down to get myself rolling, the heel of my palm looked like it had been against a bench grinder, and my ass had its dressings changed daily by the district nurse, good times.
HOW DARE YOU SAY I HAVE A BIG PIPE
Sometimes I ride Slow, sometimes I Ride Quick, But When its Time To Get Busy Out The Hat Comes The Trick.
back in 2001 i had gone to Nelson for a couple of SUpercrosses, both got rained out, and i ended up with a few friends at the Wakefield pub, after a few jugs, a few shots and a couple of borbons the idea of taking my KX250 out and doing wheelstands up and down the road seemed like a good one, so in helmet and boots, and shorts and tee shirt i was off, on about my third pass i got a bit past the ballance poiunt, and went for the rear brake but was a bit slow, it was a bit messy,
15 stiches in my kneww, 12 in my hand, 5 in my elbow, and both palms very grazed up, i had to get someone to drive me back to auckland, was not the smartest thing i have ever done
First bike I ever did proper wheelies on was an IT200 on the road. Only time I flipped it, was when I tried to keep doing wheelies with my right arm in cast from fingers to shoulder.
