On my 04 636 I got 13000 kms out of a standard Pirelli Diablo, including 3 track days.

I know Im slow and ride like a pussy but none the less bloody good wear, never had a problem in wet or dry ever. I love em.
As soon as the Bt014 run out on the 05 ZXR Im back into the Diablo for sure.

How quickly you wear your tyres out depends on the size and power of your motorcycle and how hard you ride it!

Still got the stock tyres on mine (nearly 4yrs old). Think they'll last for another 4yrs.
So far I've done 12,000km and the rear looks to be approaching 1/2 worn. Front looks like new.
Actually, the front still has those little spiky things on the sides.
Wear seems to be mostly in the middle, edges look untouched.
No track days with 99% commuting around town.

You been carrying it around under your arm Fp? Well they are nearly that light. (126kg?) I think I got about 12000 out of the rear on my old fxr before I had to replace it.
My current bike has put 5000k on the Bridgestone whateveritis and hardly looks worn at all. Nana riders rule!

I can get about 3 meters from a tyre before it blows... less if I put the front brake RIGHT on....!

I have adjusted my sag for optimum performance.
Priced a tyre will get a new BT014 on Friday. See how long that goes and go from there.
