"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."
Hell NO! Otherwise I will be walking or on public transport.......
"Some people are like clouds, once they fuck off, it's a great day!"
Fuck some of the best riding days are in winter,
all those cold cage drivers not wanting to go to the beaches,
means less traffic on some roads
those really clears nights that are fun to ride in,
and the challenge of Ice, snow, and rain.
Almost as much fun as summer, just colder
To be old and wise, first you must be young and stupid.

There is some nice winter days, its not all crap.
Nothing beats waking up on a weekend morning and saying, lets get the bikes out.
No plans, just a nice winter day with fuck all else to do.
I've spent my money on bikes, booze and babes. The rest I've wasted....
Just put a new back wheel and tyre on the sidecar and we are off to the Brass in a couple of weeks.
I havent found the box that my winter pants and jacket is in yet, but they can't be far away.
Just another leather clad Tinkerbell.
The Wanker on the Fucking Harley is going for a ride!
Put it away for winter?
Nah.

Yes, the rego is on hold over winter, the bike not so much. It's apart at the moment as I do the bigger jobs I don't do in summer. I still ride to work everyday no matter what the weather - and I don't use wimpy wet or cold weather gear either, I don't even use an engine. Harden the fuck up you motorcycle riders.
In and out of jobs, running free
Waging war with society
nope nope and nope.
it's my main transport at the moment, but that asides, why the hell not ride?
'twas an interesting ride home last night. thunderstorm and lightening, coupled with me being blind and new tyres.. =S
they reckoned 130km/h wind gusts which i coulda believed... leaning about 30degrees just to keep in a straight line ><
Different tyres to summer on the BMW, little bit better in rain, little bit worse in rough stuff... I don't see any adventure in mud.
Hornet doesn't change... oh, I'll probably change the rear a little earlier than if it was summer. Once I start wheel spinning off line the line I know it's time to buy another.
Never put bikes away... They only sit when I'm not around... otherwise I ride year round. BMW has a temp gauge, so you can have fun seeing how cold it gets.![]()
