    Bike parking in Auckland CBD

Was up in Auckland Sunday/Monday, and had some fantastic experiences.

You've got to see "Jersey Boys". I'm old enough to remember all the songs, but it's a great musical with a great story (and I'm not a great musical fan).

And had the best pork ribs I've ever eaten at the Occidental Hotel - not just grilled ribs with sauce dribbled over them but ribs which have actually been cooked in this spicy sauce. So great that I'd think of getting some friends together and making a ride to Auckland just to have them for lunch.

So, are there any bike parks in the CBD, close to Vulcan Lane?

And I also found out Deus Ex Machina is still open in Shed 5 in the old ACC depot in Wellesley St. They've moved down from two sheds to just one, but I like the place - good food, all those bikes around, magazines and books on the tables.

Victoria Street is prob closest covered parking. Otherwise the open air in that link should sort you out. All free for bikes.

    10+ Char!!

Jersey boys was indeed a fab night and I too highly recommend it to people! I must admit there was I think 1 maybe 2 songs I didn't know Such a good night!

Parking wise, We parked the car at the Civic and there are heaps of bike parks there and I believe you don't pay as the barrier is one of the short ones, so you can sneak past!
