So has my stopper, what's your point? lol Won't take much to put one back on just weld a piece of steel to the back of the neck. Might be harder on yours though. Anyway enjoy the bike shopping.

VFR's are pretty cool and would be a good stepping stone to a bigger bike. to me they felt like a 250 with a bit more stomp.
if i were you just make sure that the ignition is mint, ask the owner when it was last changed or if he has another... they have a tendancey to brake every couple of years, depending on how many long trips you do.

Good luck, keep us all posted!
yeah... sorry bro, i thought that ment miles 'n hour.

I can respect your decison Gareth, myself i brought my first TL1000S one week after getting my restricted, no one would let me test ride anything but i had some cash, i knew i wanted the TL as it was a hooligan bike and the noise had me sold. I just took it easy myself and learned as i went, the torque on twins make them easy to get on with for beginer riders (to larger bikes) hence why i reckon an SV650 would be a great step to take, torque is your firend.

Well my ears pricked up when i heard about the ZX7R(my all-time favourite) & my desire gland went into overdrive, but i think i am just being greedy & impulsive. I guess I'm still struggling a little with being bikeless. I haven't been able to bring myself to sell my leathers yet...
    ..it's another red light nightmare..
