    Hyosuck not going

Put this in the blogs, but will probably get more views here.

Ok, so I have a Hyosung 250 '07 (carby). Riding to university the last few times (once on the motorway), the engine just stops. Nothing. Tach reads zero, speedo reading 20, 60, 90 kph each time it died. No problem, just push the starter and off we go down the road again. You get used to this sort of thing after a year with the Hyosuck. My guess is faulty stand sensor. Read up on KB that someone had similar issues. Dealership said it was chain grease on the sensor. The other day I took it off, cleaned it, lubed with Inox, replaced. Engine fired up but didn't test ride.
Today though, she would not start. Never had that happen before (except one time where it roll started easily). Couldn't roll start it. No spark, just a sad moan from engine compression leaving the pipe. Horn, lights, etc. work fine, starter motor is turning normally, but the noise is weird. I snipped the two sidestand sensor wires and joined them to bypass the sensor. Same response as before. I need my ride running for exams soon. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

    So you've checked spark?
Then we can rule out fuel issues.
Check for voltage to the coils when cranking.
No voltage to the coils = CDI unit or ignition pick up.
Check the kill switch is working correctly
Check you've got voltage at the sidestand switch too.

had this exact fault when i was working for a hyosung dealer, it was a interment fault in the ingnition control unit. It would always restart after it stopped just like yours, took ages to find. You are on the right path bypassing the stand switch they do play up, also check the coils they can offer a similar fault but usually only drop one cylinder. Also check the power feed wire to the ingition control unit as an interment fault in this wire will show the same fault.
