Let's hope this guy hasn't made a pitch to Motonz

    Fucking unbelievable!
Is it even legal? Can you drive around with red flashing lights if you're not police/ambulance etc?

Lycra-clad pansies on treadlies have rear facing red flashing tail lights. Sometimes. Don't seem to get into trouble for it.

Some peddly types should be shot (before they get run down) for the arse 1 candle power lights they use when it is dark. Good idea for them.

    How about one of these?

If I could get one that spelled out certain phrases (ahem) I might think about it. Maybe.

Um ... how do you know if you haven't been seen sooner? Same number of crashes you used to have?

Completely legal. Funny thing is...you could ride up and down the middle of auckland with a blue flashing light on your HELMET and there's fuck all they could do about it.

yae, red isn't too big a deal, it's mainly by respect that we leave it to the ambos/firetrucks.

flashing blue lights are prohibited by legislation and for use only by policy enforcement. you are able to have the power (of a blue light - wOoOoOooooo) conferred on you in various (emergency) situations

you may get away with one on your helmet, but i wouldn't put it to the test. asides from having no need, you'd look like a cock. ><

Just bump up the power to 1.21 Jigawatts. Then I'm sure you'll be visible.
