Was checking out metacafe and found this. Is this available in NZ? Seems pretty damn impressive seeing the amount of nails they rode over and screws they drilled into the tyre. There are also some vids of it being applied to cars. Hear hear I say, freaking impressive, noe if only this came as standard lol.

b) bluegoo - self vulcanising tyre repair system (you put inside tyre before fitting, or pump in through valve), may void warranty on your tyres.

From what I could see the company takes normal tubeless tyres and heat sets some sort of goop in the tyre. In the vid is shows multiple runs over a plank of wood with nails sticking up and even using a cordless drill and some long screws straight into the tyre. They immediately spray it with soapy water and there are no leaks.

sounds like bluegoo. available at various places (in NZ), but if you're thinking about it, check tyre warranty conditions.
