    HB Adv Riders get together

Gday you adventurous lot in HB, As per an earlier thread, I thought we could get together socially at some stage for some kai and and something to wash it down with afterwards. The date for this auspicios occasion wil be the 16th of June and the fine dining venue will be the Chook and Filly cafe on Hwy 50 just south of Kereru rd and close to the intersection of Whakapirau rd. Once we have partaken of their Master Chef tucker then its on to the Classic MotorCycle Club rooms by the Mangaroa Cemetery where we can sit around the fire and sample some of the products from their well stocked bar plus put some ideas together about future rides.

If you lot wish to sort out a ride up there somewhere prior to having a feed then I will leave that to someone up there to organise that as I dont know the outlying areas around Nap/Hastings. Because my lil ole kwaka only has a 6 volt elec system which results in a headlight that struggles to light up a Hi Vis Vest at 20 paces, I wont be joining you on a pre feed ride if you have one as Im not keen on coming back to Waipuk in the dark, especially if its raining. If the weather is totally crap then then we can give the bikes a miss anyway, whatever suits.

Meeting time at the Cafe will be 4.30 pm, if this dousnt suit some then we can work out a suitable time.

    Cheers

Ok you lot, Its still on and the venue is still the same (The Chook and Filly)but the time has changed to 5 pm.
The Classic club are having their monthly classic ride the same day so there will be a few old classics at the club (their bikes are pretty good too)
If you wish to just meet at the club then its directly opposite the Mangaroa Cemetery gates and its a shingle driveway in through the trees to the building. Only bikes are allowed to park in front of the club, all vehicles must park in the driveway or out on the road.

    C ya there.

If I remember right. . . . the Classic Club does NOT have eftpos, so you have to bring that stuff that we never have enough of now days. . . . CASH . . . . to buy drinks etc.
