Thanks, I like the old school cr500's, 85-88. My 07 is going to have the bailey look, the tank is a little darker orange.
The 11 is going to look like the works 89 cr500 the plastics are not the blood red and i'm going to put graphics on them.
Looking forward to getting them on.

Thought you may like a perv at these bits seeing as you're in to 500cc smoker trickness. My SR500 factory bike. Billet forks...hand made triples (hollow tube), sand cast cases and magnesium hubs with titanium fittings etc...

He does nice work that guy ... friend was getting his Hornet seat redone, looks great! Nice ride down there as well, if a bit windy.

How is the fuel injection going on the CR500 ?

Very nice man, as I said, you got to do a post on it, stopped teesing me with your shit and do the whole thing, would love to see it. That triple is amazing, how is the bike going
By the way I saw that pic of yours, thats a pretty mean roost on a 30year old bike.
I love the old school, but admission is steep and yes I'd be looking for factory stuff if I went that way. Would be scared to crash it, hope you don't live up to your name.

Yes Rodger has been doing them for along time and has done alot of top bikes up this way, he is a pretty good rider.

Been in contact with Mark, still building his bike so he can fine tune the EFI, on the dyno they have at his work. The more dyno time he does there the better for me.

Got the seat on, footpegs, silcone hoses, waiting for the pipe to be replated and handguards.
Oh! took the fork guards off and it looks much better.
