hey guys im looking for a standard dirt bike to convert to a motard/road legal bike, this project will make up most of my ncea level 3 credits for this year, so has anyone got anything cheap? preferably in the north island

you could try get a tf125 or something like that?

You're better off buying a bike that has a road legal version such as a Honda XR as you'll have a much easier time finding road gear for it than a bike which was never designed for road use. The other option is to buy a registered dirt bike and chuck road gear on it, so that way you don't need to get it revinned.
