It wouldn't surprise me if TNZ worked like this judging by the huge delays. They'll take the customers orders and dosh and just throw it on the next shipment. This wouldn't be as bad if they told you first. More than likely though they're just shit.

TNZ have no say or power, from my experience anyway. They play the middle man, and they do a fucking shithouse job at best.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Triumph, even through multiple warranty claims. All part received with an acceptable timeframe and no issues experienced. Holeshot were also fantastic to deal with for any issues I had.

Shit happens. The way it was managed meant I will buy another Triumph and I will most certainly buy from Holeshot again.

For reference, only one of those claims involved the bike actually not working (stator went pop at about 50,000km).
