My dear, you are doing it all wrong... you need fingerless gloves like those rough tough harley dudes, and apehangers; BIG apehangers... then the nail polish will dry quickly in the wind as you ride AND you will never lose your handbag off the end of the bars <----- far more important than the nail polish stuff

I try and get as many people interested as I can. I have taught a couple of irish guys the joys of getting out to the middle of nowhere on dirtbikes, neither having ridden before. Both are now back in Ireland and both still riding, one guy still only rides off road but the other is now a keen road rider as well. I take heaps of young fellas out riding and most of them continue to ride. I like to encourage people to start out riding off road as I belive it develops a whole lot of handling skills that you dont pick up from road riding.

I did try get one mate in to bikes, didn't work. Gave him my helmet/gloves/jacket and the keys to the incredigay 36rwhp Spada, he rode it to the end of the block (about 50m) and back, said it was too scary.

Got my brother interested when he decided he'd find the CB400 keys, he loves bikes, but hasn't yet got one, he used to take my Spada on decent rides.
Got another two mates in to "real" bikes, they had 200-250cc single cyl Hondas and perfectly content with them, I let them play on the CB400, one has now just sold his ZX6R the other has an FZR400 3TJ

None of them have handbags though, so this is why they're not as cool as GrayWolf, Conquiztador and myself.

So I was considering fitting a bigger mirror in the middle over those clock looking things.
Those clock looking things are your popularity & prettiness meters. you want to keep those needles as high as possible, if you want to stay with the "in crowd"
