    take what's left of the old one to any factory that has engineers onsite, particularly if they have lots on nice shiney flanged stainless pipework outside - they will be able to sort you out for beer.

    I have to say that a flat gasket like that would take about 20min max to make,
    As you have the original gasket, and as you say, its the bolting points that are stuffed,
    There is no problem. it is a pattern that any semiskilled pipe fitter could reproduce with his eyes glazed from a night o the piss.
    The two links given in this thread are good, either one would be more than able to cut a simple gasket like that.

    You should be able to get it done within 2-3 days. so get them to make a dozen,
    Because if it is a reoccurring problem, you have spares of your own.
    There could be other owners with the same problem.
    And you may recover the costs by on selling to them...

    Might even be cheaper to get a doz, than import one,

    But a sheet of THIS , some other stores may also stock it.Ring a friend with an Engineering background if your worried about having a shot at making one yourself.

    I R fucktarded in more ways than the several thousand I have already displayed, there's no reason the bike should suffer too... but I probably will get a few depending on where I gettem.

    I have no friends ... let alone any that are engineers, well not those types of engineers.
