lol. When I get my grubbly lil hands on it I'll clean it up and take some proper pics to share. I'll not restore that one, as I believe works bikes should be as they were last ridden.

Now...best you share some more pics of your gorgeous beasts!!??

I'd love to own a TZ750, despite my only encounter with one leaving me with a badly broken collar bone!

There's going to be another Classic Japanese Motorcycle Show in Christchurch in March 2013. Click on Gallery/Shows and Events in the link below to have a look at what the 2010 show looked like. If you want to show your pre 1985 road bike, dirt bike or barn find make contact through the website.

    http://www.cjmg.org.nz/

I'll open up a new thread on the show in early 2013 with a downloadable poster. Cheers, TC

Something to remind you of it....listen to this...

    Crasher

Is one we prepared earlier (about 2003). Is a bit of a mixuture, but engine was was pretty funky. A little TOO funky. rather than the reed valve TZ750 cylinders, we fitted 2x TZ350F/G piston port cylinders....Wobbly pipes, PVL ignition, speccy heads, and 38mm carbs!

Good contender for post classic land speed record attempts, but a bit hard work to ride around a circuit. 140hp at this point and a bit more later, but went from 50 to 100bhp between 70000 and 8000 rpm! A high side looking for a corner exit and in fact one time at band camp it did knock out the rider!

Sounds like the perfect side car engine, just imagine a grid full of those engines on song! ban the four bangers and bring back the 2 smokes with all the sounds and drama.
