BHS test and training on the west coast of the South Island?

So I have convinced my sister to get her Motorcycle licence, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good places near Greymouth for her to do her Basic Handling Skills test. She has very little experience as we only rode a dirt bike when younger so the place would also have to offer some sort of training as well as the test.
