What a fuckin crock....it's the Ozzie thing all over again...vigilantes on bikes. Almost "I may be a violent psychopath, but I've diverted my violence to people that I can beat up with very little come back".
Here's an idea...a group of people rally round abused kids, putting themselves between the frightened child and any dangerous individual. They can visit on load bikes or quiet unassuming cages, they can even stay 24/7 if and when required. They are there when they're needed FOR LIFE.....they're called friends and family. Funnily enough some of them really know what's happened/is happening as opposed to what goes out in the media or local grapevine.
There's many people who may 'talk' to the 'naughty' people and they don't wear tee shirts with slogans or make a scene.
