I've never been on a sport bike

I'm feeling like taking one out on a test ride to see what I'm missing. Any recommendations on one that would tempt me? I've got my full licence so I'm not limited to how many cc's I can ride.
    Cheers

Thanks for the quick reply. No offence but I don't know any sport bike slang so the only thing I recognised was the Ducati 848 (one in the local Suzuki shop so I can test ride that thanks). I don't know what a late sv is and as for a trumpet, I'm lost buddy. Does that mean some kind of triumph?

Forgive me if this sounds a little snide
You want others to tell you what to ride
I just posted cause i had nothing to do
But you could go see just what fits you

Or was this an excuse to start a thread
sprotbiek slang like you just heard
means he knows SFA of the spoken word
But take one thing from a guy like me
careful out there you wanna be
    or your gonna end up

Spending far more money than you planned !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Nice rhyme there sinfull but Triumph has been Trumpet since before the advent of the term sprotbike. Or is that sprotbiek? Your own slang perhaps? Burn.
Thou has been short for thousand since engine builders first became.
As for SFA - you may find the OP doesnt understand either but it hardly matters
My spoken word is betterer than my written slang

Are you two trying to get him killed???? From a lumbering Boulevard (no offence mate) to a Busa or a ZX14?

The Suzie SV is a good choice (But I don't rate them that high - especially the 650) ... but try one ... then try the Trumpet of Duke ...

At least it will be quick enough to get him out of trouble.

You want to know what you're missing?

Go find a 2005/2006 Suzuki GSXR1000, and take it for a ride. There is simply not a sports bike out there to date, that delivers that much power in such an exhilarating manner.

    Have fun.

Look good for a Gixxer too.
I agree with this guy, because, what could possibly go wrong?

    I want a K5/6. I'd keep the K2 though.
