How to do mods on a '95 XR250?

One cannot get a 350, unless you go to the previous Century....but am willing to be enlightened

Just the other week I got rid of a 2000 DR 350

plus not all mods with decrease HP only the botched or wrongly done will F it up

FWIW my current bike lost a couple of HP when it was fiddled with to run on 91, seems to still go o.k. though

It's a process that produces a roughened cross hatch pattern on the bore for rings to bed in against.

Quite the opposite to a "quick polish".
