    New biker club?

    Hello Im new to this forum so would like to get some feedback..Im from South Africa and have been ridding since i was a baby. My family are all riders and are part of different Bike clubs..my step dad is vice pres of the hell razors and my mother sectary..friends are Iron order,Gypsy Jokers ect..Im looking at coming up with a new club over here not gang but for people that like to go on breakfast runs,rallies and club meets..I want to follow proper club rules,ranks and patches. What i don't know is how other mcs will take this..I have 5 guys keen so far some with partners.

    LOL not NZ made up ones..There are hundreds of bike clubs in South Africa and it is so nice to go to events and rallies with like minded people. They all set rules and go by them and it works really well. not saying the same will go for here. Thats why im asking what people think.

    If you're running a 3 piece with rockers and territory on it, then you'll have to run it by the clubs in Auckland, depends where you are, e.g. Headhunters out ellerslie etc.

    If you're just a social club with a single piece patch then you shouldn't have a problem, the MC's know the difference. If you're running a 3 piece, you'll have to get "permission".

    Not concrete but what I have been told by a few bike club members.

    You can join me and my newly formed club for a beer at Garnet Station in Westmere on Saturday afternoon. We will be the guys wearing the Sons of Anarchy, Devonport chapter hoodies.
