Unheard of, what an awesome employer. The chances of that happening to me are nil cause I work in a Govt branch...

They'll give you a set of teaspoons, if yer lucky. A guy that had been working in my department for 40 years got a plastic crayfish mounted on a piece of wood to hang on his wall for his retirement. And that was considered a 'top end' present.
