Gidday Eddie. Yep, that was a nice day for a ride alright. My drive in the new 4x4 van was also great though (aahhhh, air-con! .) Was good to have a quick catch up when we passed by.

Hey Dino, how's the bike today? Did you get your clutch sorted? You riding this weekend? I got my bike WoF'd and been around town a few times since. Gotta get a new front soon though. I was thinking of going for a bit of a ride this weekend but forked my shoulder somehow last night. Might still go for a quiet one, somewhere though. Either that or buy some beer and enjoy this awesome day in other ways . What you others up to this weekend? Might be good to get out for an early one tomorrow before it gets too hot??

I could be keen for a quickie tomorrow morning, the earlier the better would suit.

Wet for a bit of a putt around Raglan and Kawhia ways today . Only saw one other adventure bike out... Yellow... . Managed peel the last of the rubber of my old tyre (giving it shit out of the corners), and once again the rear sprocket was bearly hanging on by the time I got home (had tightened it up before I left), chucked a new sprocket on today and noticed the bolt holes in the old one had become ovals, so maybe that was why they kept coming loose?

Picture to prove I got out.

Could be Keen tomorrow depending on how early.. like Dino said ""

I was looking at google maps and followed the road from McLarens falls near Tauranga and it ends up south of Tokoroa through the Kaimais. Take a look. It looks interesting actually.

Yeah, good roads, used to get in there years ago doing possums and a bit of hunting. I think you'll find them well gated threse days. I may be wrong..

My shoulder is still pretty sore so it'll be a pretty boring ride for me tomorrow as I'm going to try to avoid tight metal roads. I will try to be in Pirongia main rd at 0630 then head south and just do some country roads. I'm going to try and get home early before it heats up too much. I'll probably be two up.

Have a good trip over Tga way if you go guys.
