    You slack arses.

    Turned out to be a bit of a sad turnout last night, 2 riders turned out out of 7 that rsvp'd. We still had a good gossip and as they were both new to advernture riding they got quite a bit out of the training DVD we had on.

    The DR has just given me permission to start riding again, it will be pretty short rides to start with though while I try and build my stamina back up
