until you get it apart its really impossible to tell you what it will cost, it will depend if the barrell is ok, it may be a crank seizure or a piston seizure,

Sounds to me like you dropped your oily rag when out riding,
Very bad thing to do that, causes all sorts of things to go pop
When you get it fixed and running again.
Make sure you have a good quality oily rag with you at all times

Usually when I want to cease my engine I turn the ignition key off. Try that next time you want to cease it. Failing that, there is always the kill switch.

    um.
if you're handy: buy replacement motor and drop it in.
highly unlikely a 50cc is worth replacing parts in (unless you REALLY love it. (or it's in a chainsaw ))
if you're not handy. put it on TM and buy a new one.
    or sell it to me.

seems to me trolling made its way to kiwibiker......

found a good guy to do crank but there are2 problems. first find a conrod kit and second to take flywheel out.

it needs a special puller looks like a 18 mm wide bolt with a hole in the middle for a smaller bolt.... does anyone have one?

    thanx a lot.

Some witty road bike riders, guess all that scary riding they do leaves them short on excitement so they have to talk crap on here.

eBay might be good for the Conrod, but be heavy for freight from USA I bet, rockymountainatv have a good selection of parts and use dhl ( best couriers to Asia bar none ).

Bottom end main bearings can be bought over the counter from any reputable bearing supplier, a conrod kit you can either go genuine or after market eg hot rods, wiesco . You'll need a engine gasket set which should include the engine oil seals cheapest I've found is Ebay either USA or UK way cheaper than here , just supply your engine and frame numbers to make sure it will fit.
Best to fit a new piston kit while its apart that way you know it will run for a few more years with out being touched.
Best of luck price it all up before starting to see if it's not a hole you'll be pouring money into with little return.

Happy to help, haven't heard of KDF before , just do a google search on them to be sure. I prefer a known brand or genuine just for peace of mind.
